ABOUT ME

What if the next level of your career isn’t about working harder—but about making clearer, more aligned decisions?

I’ve always been drawn to the moments where something begins to shift—the point where what once worked no longer fits, and the path forward isn’t immediately clear.

Most of the people I work with are capable, driven, and successful on paper—but internally, they’re navigating something more complex. They may be questioning their direction, feeling stuck between roles, overthinking decisions, or sensing that something needs to change, even if they can’t fully explain it yet.

My work lives in that space.

I began my career as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, where I helped individuals understand patterns, relationships, and the underlying dynamics shaping their lives. That curiosity—about how people think, choose, and change—started earlier.

At USC, where I studied Communication with a focus on conflict resolution, I became deeply interested in how people navigate tension and meaning. Later, during my Master’s in Psychology at Azusa Pacific University, I saw how self-awareness and emotional insight directly shape the decisions we make—personally and professionally.

But over time, I noticed something.

People didn’t just need insight—they needed clarity they could act on.

That’s what led me to coaching.

Today, as a Professional Coach specializing in career development, leadership growth, and life transitions, I help individuals move from confusion, overthinking, and misalignment into clear, confident decision-making.

What I’ve found is this: most people don’t lack capability—they lack alignment.

In fast-paced or high-performing environments, it’s easy to rely on external expectations, urgency, or constant analysis. Over time, that creates noise—and decisions become reactive, second-guessed, or delayed altogether.

My work is about helping you cut through that.

I help you develop what I call Coherent Inner Authority™—the ability to make decisions where your thinking, values, emotions, and direction are aligned. From this place, you’re able to make decisions with more confidence, navigate transitions with clarity, and move forward in a way that feels both strategic and true to you.

Our work together is both reflective and practical. We step back to understand what’s driving your decisions, reconnect with what matters most, and translate that clarity into focused, intentional action.

I often think of this process as reconnecting the pieces of your experience—your strengths, challenges, and turning points—so they begin to work together, rather than feel fragmented.

The result isn’t just clarity—it’s a way of operating that you can rely on.

When I need to reset, I go to the ocean. It reminds me that clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder—it comes from creating the space to see more clearly.

If you’re at a point where something is shifting—or you’re ready to make decisions with more clarity, confidence, and alignment—this is the work we step into together.

Start with clarity.

If you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck in your next step, or ready to make more aligned decisions in your career—let’s start with a conversation.
